VCT Tile floors:
This is an example of what can happen to a vinyl tile floor when it is not protected by being sealed/waxed and there is no protective mat being used. The normally used chair under normal use will wear through even the wax/refinish in a matter of months. If left uncared for this floor could be ruined and the only way then to fix it would be to replace the tiles affected.

These floors have not been refinished for over a year and now they look pretty rough.

This is a picture of the same floor seen on the left after His Handiworks trained floor technicians stripped and waxed the floor.

His Handiworks floor team went into the facility carefully stripping these well-worn floors and after getting all old wax and other debris that had built up under heavy use, they applied wax to give a beautiful shine you see here.
